Round two of the Euro 2024 group stages concludes on Saturday, starting with Georgia vs Czech Republic in Hamburg before treating us to what is likely to be a raucous atmosphere in Dortmund.

Turkish fans turned the famous yellow wall into the red wall against Germany and face Portugal in the same stadium, before our evening is rounded off with Belgium vs Romania.

As always, we have in-depth match previews for every Euro 2024 game, but here I delve into the more niche markets to build a Bet Builder for every game!

Saturday’s Euro 2024 Bet Builder tips

Georgia vs Czech Republic

Both teams to score

Both teams have scored in the Czech Republic’s last five contests and four of Georgia’s last six matches. These teams had two of the tournament’s highest expected goals against in their opening games and look destined to concede again here.

Giorgi Kochorashvili to have 1+ shot

Georgia midfielder Giorgi Kochorashvili had three attempts on goal in their opener against Turkey and is a regular shot-taker for club and country. He has had at least one shot in nine of his last 11 competitive games for Georgia and Levante and in five of his last six for his country.

Giorgi Kochorashvili to be fouled 3+ times

Not only is Kochorashvili a regular shot-taker, but he gets himself involved in the thick of it in the centre of Georgia’s midfield. He was fouled four times against Turkey and has drawn 23 fouls in his last six competitive games for his country, winning at least three free kicks in each of those.

Turkey vs Portugal

Orkan Kokcu to have 2+ shots

Orkan Kokcu had four attempts on goal against Georgia and is expected to slot into the number-ten role again on Saturday. He won’t get the same freedom against Portugal, but he has had 12 shots in his last five competitive outings for Georgia, having at least two shots in four of those games.

Bruno Fernandes to score or assist

Bruno Fernandes did not make a concrete contribution to Portugal’s late win in their opener but he created two chances and generated 0.47 expected assists and he will be a threat again on Saturday. Fernandes topped the charts for assists in Euro 2024 qualifying and finished the season in excellent form, with 19 goals and assists in his last 19 outings for club and country.

Cristiano Ronaldo to have 2+ shots on target

Never shy of having a pop at goal, Cristiano Ronaldo had five shots against the Czech Republic and hit the target with three of those. He has had at least two shots on target in each of his last six competitive outings for Portugal, testing the keeper 16 times in total during this period.

Bruno Fernandes to commit 1+ fouls

Bruno Fernandes is never far from the action no matter who he is playing for and he committed one foul against the Czech Republic. He has committed at least one foul in 17 of his last 20 competitive games for club and country and in seven of his last eight for Portugal.

Belgium vs Romania

Romelu Lukaku to score anytime

Romelu Lukaku had two goals disallowed in Belgium’s opener and generated 0.88 expected goals on target. He was top scorer in Euro 2024 qualifying with 14 strikes in eight games and he notched a brace in the Red Devils’ final warm-up friendly.

Timothy Castagne to commit 1+ fouls

Timothy Castagne committed two fouls against Slovakia and he will come up against Florinel Coman on Saturday, with the Romanian left-winger drawing at least one foul in six of his last seven competitive international appearances. Castagne has committed at least one foul in five of his last eight competitive games for Belgium.

Nicolae Stanciu to have 2+ shots

Belgium may have dominated in their defeat to Slovakia but they still allowed their opponents ten shots and Nicolae Stanciu stands out as Romania’s best hope of troubling the Red Devils’ defence. He scored from one of his three shots against Ukraine and has had two attempts or more on goal in nine of his last ten competitive games for his country, totalling a massive 32 shots in this period.
