FST are on fire at the moment! Not content with landing four of our regular accas this weekend, including a three acca haul on Saturday alone, we’ve also gone and landed our second ever Premier League Corners and Cards accumulator.

It was only last weekend that we decided to pick the best of our weekly corners and cards predictions into an acca, but that didn’t stop us rounding off a huge weekend of wins with this week’s 14/1 cards accumulator.

Check out all our daily football betting tips and predictions on our Football Tips Page here.

How it Happened

It all started at Saturday lunchtime with a typically hot tempered North London derby at Wembley. Arsenal’s combative midfielder Granit Xhaka is never far from the referee’s notebook in these big games, and in all honesty he could’ve easily gone into the book twice on Saturday. A raking challenge down the back of Harry Kane’s leg went unpunished by the referee, but he made up for that later on in the game by picking up his fourth booking in his last five North London derbies.

The 3pm kickoffs saw the second leg of the acca land, with the Premier League’s most foul-happy player, Glenn Murray, kicking off proceedings with a first half booking. Murray was taken off against Huddersfield with half an hour left to play, and it was replacement Florin Andone that saw the second leg of the acca land by getting cautioned just a minute after scoring the winner at the Amex Stadium.

It took Fulham just 50 minutes to take us to within one leg of the acca win when they hosted Chelsea, with cards for central midfield pairing Calum Chambers and Kevin McDonald sealing that Over 1.5 Team Cards leg. The last game of the weekend had us on our seats as we hoped for a well disciplined Merseyside derby. All we needed was for Martin Atkinson to show a bit of leniency on Sunday, keeping the card count below six in one of the most fiery derbies in the Premier League. Thankfully it was a rather tame spectacle in more ways than one, and the respectable tally of three yellow cards saw our 14/1 acca come in with ease.
