19/1 bet builder for Rangers vs Malmo on Tuesday night!

Rangers have some work to do in the second leg of their Champions League qualifier against Malmo after a 2-1 loss in the first fixture.

The Ibrox side followed up that defeat in Sweden with a surprise 1-0 defeat to Dundee United in the Premiership, but we’re expecting an improved showing on Tuesday as they battle for a place in Europe’s elite competition.

19/1 Rangers vs Malmo bet builder

Rangers to win the first half

Rangers may be going into this game on the back of consecutive defeats, but both of those losses came away from home and at Ibrox they have an excellent record.

The Gers have been ahead at the break in six of their last seven games at their home ground, including a 3-0 dismantling of Livingston in their only fixture at Ibrox so far this season.

Rangers -1 handicap result

Rangers need to win by two goals to secure progress and we think they can get the job done inside 90 minutes.

Steven Gerrard’s men have beaten a -1 handicap in eight of their last 11 home games and with a capacity crowd expected in Glasgow they should be boosted by that support from their fans.

Malmo do have a fairly strong record away from home and are unbeaten in their last five games on the road.  However, they are yet to win away in Europe this season, having drawn the away legs in both of their previous ties, and we feel Rangers should be too strong on Tuesday.

Ianis Hagi anytime goalscorer

Rangers have a few selection issues but they should be able to call on fit-again forward Ianis Hagi and the Romanian stands out in the anytime scorer market.

With Kemar Roofe suspended, Hagi could come into the starting line-up after sitting out against Dundee United.  The 22-year-old has played just 30 minutes of football this season but he still managed a goal against Livingston and a strike from Hagi adds value to this bet builder.

Over 10.5 corners

There have been 31 corners in total in Rangers’ three games so far this season and we think over 10.5 corners has a chance on Tuesday.  The Light Blues forced seven in the away leg and if they can better that in the return fixture Malmo should be able to cover the difference and give us the 11 or more we need for this leg.  The visitors have managed 17 in total across their last three away games, so we like the odds against on over 10.5 corners here.
