Back Our 3,756/1 EFL Top Scorers Treble Here
Championship Top Scorer Prediction – Carlton Morris at 16/1
Carlton Morris netted 20 goals in the 2022/23 season as the Luton won the playoffs. Only Chuba Akpom and Viktor Gyokeres outscored him, earning that pair moves to Ajax and Sporting Lisbon.
Morris hung around and he impressed in the Premier League last season. A return of 11 goals in 38 games last term was incredibly strong given how his side struggled against top-flight opposition. He came close to matching his Expected Goals tally of 12 and this term will see Morris getting plenty of chances. As a proven forward playing for a settled side that will contend for promotion, he should score plenty of goals this season.
League One Top Scorer Prediction – Jonson Clarke-Harris at 12/1
Jonson Clarke-Harris scored nine league goals for Posh last term but in a campaign in which he started just 16 games. The year before, in which he started pretty much every game in League One, he piled up 27 goals.
On just his second outing for Rotherham in pre-season he scored two in a 2-2 draw at Grimsby and looks like he is ready to fly.
League Two Top Scorer Prediction – Callum Hendry at 16/1
Signed to fill the boots vacated by last season’s top scorer Max Dean, MK Dons new boy Callum Hendry has scored plenty of goals in the Scottish Premiership with St Johnstone and Aberdeen.
And over the last couple of campaigns, he has also found the net regularly for Salford City in League Two. He managed 12 goals two seasons ago and nine last term, despite only making 17 starts in an injury-ravaged campaign.
In a team as attractive as the Dons, Hendry should get his share of chances and he looks a fair play for top scorer honours.
