With this weekend marking the return of Serie A, we’ve now got all five of Europe’s major leagues up and running. We’re now spoilt for choice in terms of live football, but you don’t have to worry about that anymore.

With leagues swapping channels and matching piling up we’ve put together a guide of what to watch and where to watch it this week. We’ve picked six matches over the next seven days and to top it off there’s a betting tip for each, combining for a 62/1 accumulator.

62/1 Accumulator tip

Villarreal vs Granada (La Liga)

7pm, La Liga TV

Monday’s most entertaining offering looks set to come from La Liga, where these two sides will both look to get forward. Villarreal are packed with goals, with forwards Gerard Moreno and Paco Alcacer both real threats.

Granada saw both teams score in their final 11 away trips of last season so we’re backing more goals here, making this the pick of Monday’s action.

Betting tip: Both teams to score

Borussia Dortmund vs Bayern Munich (German Supercup)

7:30pm, Sky Sports Premier League

German football is now on Sky and we’ve got an early Der Klassiker between these two rivals. Bayern run this trophy a year ago against Dortmund, part of a run of five successive victories for the Bavarians against their rivals.

Bayern drew their opener but they look good to claim the silverware against Dortmund on Tuesday. The Bavarians tend to step up in these encounters and the experience of Bayern should tell in the end.

Betting tip: Bayern to win

West Brom vs Sheffield United (Championship)

8pm, Sky Sports Football

Wednesday night’s big Championship game was a Premier League relegation scrap last term. The Baggies have slotted into the second tier with more ease than the Blades, who look blunt after drawing two blanks.

West Brom should make up for that, with new boss Valerien Ismael moulding his team into the image of his thrilling Barnsley side from last term. The Baggies have scored five goals in two league games and they’re going to look to outscore a Sheffield United side who are struggling to convert their chances.

Betting tip: West Brom to win

Brest vs PSG (Ligue 1)

8pm, BT Sport 2

No sign of Lionel Messi just yet, but PSG are still an entertaining watch. Not only are they thrilling going forward, but they can’t stop conceding goals.

PSG have won 2-1 and 4-2 in their first Ligue 1 matches of the season after losing the French Supercup to Lille. Brest have started with consecutive 1-1 draws and while we don’t see them stopping PSG, back the hosts to score.

Betting tip: PSG & BTTS

Brighton vs Watford (Premier League)

5:30pm, Sky Sports Main Event

Admittedly this isn’t the standout Premier League game of the weekend, but Brighton’s comeback win mixed with Watford’s five-goal thriller on Saturday add some intrigue to this clash. Brighton won at Burnley and they finally look good to build on last season’s unrewarded, impressive displays.

Watford needed home form to carry them across the line in the Championship last term, so I’m backing Brighton to come out on top.

Betting tip: Brighton to win

Roma vs Fiorentina (Serie A)

7:45pm, BT Sport 1

Serie A is back on BT Sport and Jose Mourinho is back in Serie A. The Portuguese has had a big welcome in the Italian capital and expectations are high – they obviously don’t watch a lot of the Premier League.

Mourinho has a good side at his disposal, one which won 13 of 14 clashes at home to the sides from sixth and below. The Giallorossi have won their last four meetings with Fiorentina and we’re backing Mourinho to keep that record running.

Betting tip: Roma to win
