Experts' Best Bets: 6 tipsters pick out 165/1 Acca for Monday!

Before becoming a Sports Journalist for Free Super Tips, Aaron spent three years studying Sports Journalism at the University of Sunderland while taking in the Black Cats' 'glory years' under Martin O'Neill. Now back in Northern Ireland he turns niche stats into predictions for FST, while he's one of the few people on this island who is equally comfortable at Windsor Park and the Aviva.

The long Easter weekend brings a bumper offering on Monday, with a full round of games from all three divisions of the EFL. There are also games from across Europe to enjoy on Monday night, so we’ve called our experts back in to put together another sixfold of their best bets.

Tottenham vs Nottingham Forest – Forest to win at 7/4 with bet365

Forest have won all seven of their visits to sides in the bottom half this term, while they head to a Spurs side who are essentially done with the Premier League for the season. The hosts won a hard-fought clash in Frankfurt in midweek, which should lead to rotation for this game.

Since December 1, Spurs have the fourth-worst record in the Premier League, only above the cut-adrift bottom three. The hosts have lost 12 of their 20 league games in that time, while they’ve been beaten in each of their home encounters with the top six.

Liam Flin

Blackpool vs Wrexham – Blackpool at 13/8 with bet365

Blackpool still have an outside chance of making the playoffs in League One if results go their way and they are playing without fear at the moment.

The Tangerines have posted four wins in their last five matches in the league, beating playoff-chasing Bolton and Reading in that run, and they can make home advantage count against Wrexham.

Wrexham have their sights set on automatic promotion with three games left to play but they have dropped points against Cambridge, Wigan and Bristol Rovers since the start of the month and should be opposed.

Gareth Freeman

Lincoln vs Bolton – Lincoln to win at 21/10 with bet365

I’ve got no idea how Lincoln are over 2/1 underdogs here. The Imps come into this game after hitting Reading’s play-off hopes with a 1-0 win on the road and they look great value to all-but end any lingering hopes Bolton had of getting into the top six.

Wanderers offered very little in attack in a 2-0 defeat to Wycombe on Friday as they slipped to a sixth loss in their last eight games. Lincoln haven’t got a great deal to play for but they’ve still been putting in performances and picking up results. They’re unbeaten in five at Sincil Bank and have won three of those, and they can grind out a win over Bolton on Easter Monday.

Alex Wrigley

Parma vs Juventus – Parma win or draw double chance at 1/1 with bet365

Juventus have only won two of their last five Serie A games and could see their top-four prospects take a hit against a Parma side battling against relegation on Easter Monday.

The hosts are unbeaten in five games and took a point at home to Inter Milan recently. They drew in Turin in the return fixture in October and face an Old Lady side with just three wins from their last ten league away days.

James Milton

Millwall vs Norwich – Millwall at 23/20 with bet365

Millwall’s hopes of crashing the Championship playoffs were dented by Friday’s 4-1 loss at Blackburn but they should bounce back at home to leaky Norwich.

The Lions beat promotion hopefuls Sheffield United and Middlesbrough 1-0 in their previous two matches and they have won four of their last six home league fixtures.

Norwich were thumped 5-3 by Portsmouth at Carrow Road on Friday and the Canaries have claimed only two victories – both by a 1-0 scoreline, at Watford and lowly Luton – in their last 17 away games.

Joe Casey

Plymouth vs Coventry – Coventry at 8/11 with bet365

Plymouth have lost 21 of their 43 league games and they look set to fall to another when they face Coventry, who have been in fine form in the race for the play-offs.

The Sky Blues have won eight of their last 12 games and Argyle’s defensive issues could cost them dearly once again.

The hosts have conceded a whopping 84 goals this season, some 15 more than the next worst, and that could be a major issue against Frank Lampard’s team, who have impressed in front of goal recently.
