Brice Dja Djedje – Watford – DONE DEAL

Watford have completed the signing of Marseille’s full back Brice Dja Djedje. The 25 year old Ivory Coast international is thought to have cost around £3 million, and he’s signed a four year contract with the Hornets.

Mario Gotze – Borussia Dortmund – DONE DEAL

Mario Gotze has made a return to former club Borussia Dortmund after his unsuccessful three year spell at Bayern Munich. The playmaker scored 22 goals in 83 matches for Dortmund as he helped them to two Bundesliga titles, but his spell at Bayern Munich was riddled with difficulties. He has now rejoined Borussia Dortmung on a four year contract for a fee of around £18 million.

Andre Gomes – Barcelona – Deal Close

Barcelona have reached an agreement with Valencia over the transfer of their talented young midfielder Andre Gomes. The player was thought to be close to signing for Real Madrid, but with the Bernebeu outfit unwilling to meet Valencia’s asking price Barcelona swooped in to pay around 35 initially along with another €20 in add ons.

Georginio Wijnaldum – Liverpool

Newcastle midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum is on the brink of joining Liverpool. The two clubs agreed a £25 million fee yesterday, and Wijnaldum has completed his medical at Anfield this morning, leaving him free to sign the paperwork and make the move official.

Juan Mata – Staying at Manchester United

Jose Mourinho has dismissed reports that he is trying to offload Juan Mata. The fan favourite was thought to be on his way out of Old Trafford after Mourinho was appointed manager, but Mourinho has stated that there is space in his team for the Spaniard.

Nacer Chadli – Swansea

Swansea are considering launching another bid for Tottenham Hotspur winger Nacer Chadli. They had initially offered £10 million for the Belgian, but Spurs value the player at more like £15 million.

Robin van Persie – Barcelona

Barcelona are considering making a big for Fenerbahce striker Robin van Persie as they look for back up options for Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, and Neymar. The ageing striker is valued at around €10 million by Fenerbahce, and both West Ham and Stoke are considering moving for him.

Romelu Lukaku – Chelsea

With their pursuit of Alvaro Morata on the brink of failure, Antonio Conte is considering a move for former Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku. However, they would have to pay at least £50 million for the Everton hitman.

Edinson Cavani – Chelsea

On the other hand, Conte could move for Paris Saint Germain’s Uruguyuan striker Edinson Cavani. PSG are reluctant to sell after they already lost Zlatan Ibrahimovic, but Chelsea’s £42 million bid could tempt them into accepting.

Mario Gomez – West Ham

West Ham, who have been in the hunt for a marquee striker all summer, have been given a boost after Mario Gomez announced that he was looking to leave Besiktas due to the political situation in Turkey.

Sofiane Boufal – Watford

Watford are looking to add yet more talent to their squad, with 22 year old Lille midfielder Sofiane Boufal top of their list. The youngster netted 11 Ligue 1 goals last season from the centre of the park.

Andre Schurrle – Borussia Dortmund

Not content with just Mario Gotze, Borussia Dortmund are looking to replace Henrikh Mkhitaryan with Wolfsburg attacker Andre Schurrle. The club are reported to have agreed a £25 million fee with Wolfsburg.

Moussa Sow – Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace are looking towards 30 year old Senegal striker Moussa Sow, and have made contact with his agents about a possible loan move from Al-Ahli.

Gabriel Jesus – Manchester City

Manchester City are set to win the race to sign Palmeiras’ 19 year old wonderkid Gabriel Jesus. The striker has attracted the interest of Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Manchester United over the past year.
