Free Super Tips Job Opportunity: US Sports Content Writer & Tipster
Content Editor at Free Super Tips, Alex was born in the shadow of Old Trafford and is an avid Man Utd fan. After graduating from university he combined his love of football, writing and betting to join FST and now closely follows goings-on in all of the top European leagues.
We are looking for talented writers and tipsters to join our team for the following US Sports – NFL/NBA/MLB/NHL. We want to bring in a quality content writer who can fit in with our current group style. If you feel you suit our group brand and you have a good knowledge of betting and any of the major US Sports then please read on.
You will be required to:
– Make picks on daily games on key markets
– Daily parlays/accumulators
– Give reasoning for your picks in a summary of ~150 words
– You may be required to write daily news articles and other sport related betting content
Skills and attributes:
Essential
– Keen interest in and high level of knowledge of sports betting
– Keen interest in and high level of knowledge of the NFL/NBA/MLB/NHL
– Knowledge and understanding of sports betting statistics
– Previous content writing experience
– Exceptional attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
– Ability to manage and work within a team
– Ability to analyse key metrics and provide feedback and suggestions
– Ability to problem solve and think logically
– IT literate, including good operational knowledge of Google docs
Preferable but not essential
– Background in content/publishing
– Gambling industry experience
– Social media experience
– Previous experience using WordPress websites
– Knowledge of multiple sports
– Use of Skype
