Fantasy Football Transfer Tips this Week
Brace for United bonanza
Manchester United play Aston Villa, Leicester and Liverpool in this gameweek in a real test for the Red Devils. While each of those are difficult fixtures, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men are playing well and the possibility of a triple-gameweek has FPL managers fired up.
Expect plenty to back the Red Devils in big numbers this week. However, having seen the depth available for United in attack and having considered their defensive approach to big games, we are backing Luke Shaw (£5.4million) and Aaron Wan-Bissaka (£5.7m) to accompany Bruno Fernandes (£11.5m).
Good week for Palace
While Crystal Palace have little to play for, it’s hard to ignore their double header of Sheffield United and Southampton. Neither of those two sides are playing well at the moment and we see that as a double-header to target.
Wilfried Zaha (£7.2m) and Vincente Guaita (£4.8m) are our two picks. Zaha is an obvious threat, while Guaita is the pick of the keepers this week at a knockdown price.
One-off options
While we all chase after double and triple-gameweek players, there are a couple of good single fixtures this weekend. A Fulham side who look like they’ve given up host Burnley and Chris Wood (£6.4m). Wood has been in sublime form and he can continue that this weekend.
Harry Kane (£11.9m) is always a hard player to ignore and the Tottenham forward should thrive against an injury hit Leeds side.
Who to Captain in GW35
Bruno Fernandes
There really isn’t a question here, despite concerns of how often he’ll play. Fernandes was our pick for the previous double and slotting in a third clash just adds to our confidence. We can expect to see the Portuguese play at least two of the three matches and as captain that’s enough for potentially huge returns.
