The first fight was incredibly close as Usyk edged out Fury via a split decision but a repeat is perhaps unlikely here.
Both fighters are simply too good not to make alterations for the rematch, and Fury in particular needs to come up with a different game plan after falling short last time around.
Full disclosure, I have changed my mind a few times over the last few months in regards to who wins but I am fairly confident that the judges won’t be required this time whoever has their hand raised.
In the first fight, both men used the first few rounds to feel each other out a bit and that may not be the case this time. Fury took charge of the opening rounds boxing at range but Usyk’s stamina made a huge difference as the fight progressed so the Briton might be a bit more aggressive on Saturday as he hunts a stoppage.
Fury has been able to outthink and outbox all of his previous opponents, even the legendary Wladimir Klitschko, but Usyk proved to be a puzzle he couldn’t quite figure out. If he tries to outbox Usyk again then he will come unstuck so his approach in the rematch may be to put a bit more pressure on Usyk, try to tie him up and use his weight advantage and be a bit more physical in general by throwing a few more power shots rather than going for combinations. If so, that should provide a few more openings for both men and Fury clearly carries enough power to force a stoppage against the unbeaten Usyk, while we know the Ukrainian has enough about him to win fights inside the distance at heavyweight and he nearly secured a stoppage in the first right as he rocked Fury in the ninth.
I am leaning towards a Usyk stoppage due to his incredible boxing IQ, technical abilities and fitness, but the standout bet is simply backing the fight not to go the distance at an odds-against price.

Moses Itauma is on a fast track towards the heavyweight big time but Demsey McKean represents his toughest test so far. However, McKean has been out of the ring for over a year and Itauma should make fairly light work of the Australian. Itauma has eight stoppages in 10 wins and none of his fights have stretched beyond six rounds. Itauma’s last six fights have finished inside the first two rounds so under 4.5 looks a strong play here.

Johnny Fisher is another rising star of the heavyweight division with an impressive 12-0 record and 11 wins inside the distance. David Allen is an experienced pro, however, and while he may struggle with Fisher’s power he can at least drag this content into the middle or later rounds.

Serhii Bohachuk vs Ishmael Davis
Ishamel Davis stepped in as a late replacement and faces a huge test against Ukrainian KO specialist Serhii Bohachuk. Bohachuk floored the unbeaten Virgil Ortiz Jr twice in defeat in his last bout and 23 of his 24 wins have come via stoppages. Davis has never been stopped but is coming into this contest on the back of a first defeat, and he could find himself outclassed here against a serious puncher so under 7.5 rounds appeals.
