Premier League cards & corners bets with 57/1 acca for Saturday

There are six Premier League games to look forward to on Saturday and we’ve put together a cards & corners accumulator ahead of the action.

I’ve picked out my best cards or corners bet from each game and together these selections combine to make up a 57/1 accumulator.

You can use my selections for your own cards & corners acca, add them to a bet builder if you want to focus on one specific game, or back them all in our bet below.

57/1 Cards & Corners Accumulator Tip

Newcastle vs Liverpool

Best Cards & Corners bet: Liverpool corners match bet (most corners) at 2/9

I’ve opted for a short price selection for the early kick off and Liverpool should be able to win more corners than hosts Newcastle at St James’ Park. The Anfield outfit are averaging 7.61 corners-per-game and concede just 3.21, while Newcastle have won just 65 corners at home all season – the lowest total in the division.

Aston Villa vs Norwich

Best Cards & Corners bet: Aston Villa first card received at 6/5

Norwich may be in desperate need of points, but they haven’t been scrapping physically and have only picked up two yellow cards across their last four games. In contrast, Villa have seen at least two players booked in each of their last four and have received a first half yellow card in three of those fixtures, so they look the most likely candidates to pick up the first card in this match-up.

Southampton vs Crystal Palace

Best Cards & Corners bet: Southampton corners match bet at 8/11

Only Manchester City and Liverpool have won more corners over the course of the season than Southampton and the Saints can take more than visitors Crystal Palace at St Mary’s.

Southampton average 6.35 corners per-game at home, while Palace have won 68 in total away from home and have conceded 90. Saints have won 22 across their last three league games and the Eagles have forced 15 during that period, so a home win in the corners match bet market looks a solid option.

Watford vs Burnley

Best Cards & Corners bet: Josh Brownhill to be booked at 15/8

Watford appear to have given up on trying to avoid the drop but Burnley are full of fight after moving out of the bottom three. The Clarets have won their last two games and have picked up five yellow cards across those two games, and a few more could be dished out to the East Lancashire outfit on Saturday.

Josh Brownhill looks one contender for a card for the visitors as he has nine in 30 games, and he was booked in the key relegation six-pointer against Everton earlier this month. To use the old cliche, every game is a cup final for Burnley now and if tempers do boil over Brownhill could well be in the thick of it.

Wolves vs Brighton

Best Cards & Corners bet: Both teams to receive 2+ cards at 6/4

Both teams to receive at least two cards looks an interesting option for Wolves’ home game against Brighton. Wolves have seen at least two players booked in each of their last three home assignments and pick up more cards at Molineux than they do away – averaging 1.94 cards per-game at home and 1.76 overall.

Brighton receive on average 2.09 cards per-game and have had at least two players booked in each of their last three trips.

Leeds vs Manchester City

Best Cards & Corners bet: Manchester City over 6.5 corners

Manchester City head to Leeds in the late kick off and in all likelihood they will need a win to move back to the top of the standings as Liverpool play Newcastle earlier in the day.

In any case, Pep Guardiola’s men will be going all out for a win as they seek to retain their Premier League crown and they will need to be on form against a Leeds side who are seeking a third straight clean sheet.

City are averaging a league-high 8.45 corners-per-game (8.13 away from home) and have won at least seven in three of their last four games, so they should be able to win at least seven at Elland Road.
