Veteran striker Chris Wood has been in fantastic form this season, scoring 14 goals in all competitions for club and country
Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins has bagged six goals in all competitions this season for club and country.
Raul Jimenez has become the main man in Fulham’s attack and he can add to his tally of four Premier League goals when he locks horns with his former club.
Underdog Double Tip
Four straight victories prior to the international break saw Sheffield United move level with Sunderland on points at the top of the Championship and the Blades can go in again at Coventry. The Sky Blues have won only four times in 15 league games and have lost four of their last six at home.
Stoke are far from the finished article but they are taking baby steps forward under recently installed head coach Narcis Pelach and look the likelier winners against basement boys QPR in the capital. QPR have won just one of 15 games, leaving their gaffer, Marti Cifuentes, under severe pressure.
Perfect 10 Accumulator Tip
Bolton have had two weeks to digest a 5-0 loss away to Stockport but they can respond in the right manner by defeating Blackpool at the Toughsheet Community Stadium. The Trotters have been solid at home and should have too much quality for Blackpool, who are winless in seven league games.
Notts County’s seven-game unbeaten sequence was snapped by last Saturday’s 2-0 loss at Crewe, but the Magpies can respond immediately by defeating Newport at Meadow Lane. The Magpies are a more solid side this season and they can claim a clean sheet against the Exiles, who are winless in five.
Villa have suffered just one defeat from their last ten home games in the Premier League, while Palace have won just four of 14 matches this season in all competitions
Blackburn provided a timely boost to their playoff of push by winning 3-1 at Cardiff before the break and they have every chance of following with a home win over Portsmouth. Rovers are a tough proposition at Ewood Park and their attacking approach could overwhelm their south coast visitors.
Atletico Madrid have won four of their last six home La Liga matches while Alaves have lost six of their seven away league fixtures this term.
Feyenoord have won three of their last four Eredivisie home games and should have the beating of a Heerenveen side yet to take a point after six away games, which includes a 9-1 humiliation at AZ.
Montpellier have lost all five of their Ligue 1 away games this season by an aggregate scoreline of 16-3, and they face a St Etienne side that have won three of their last four at home.
Genk are unbeaten at home in the league this season and have won their last six there, while Sporting Charleroi haven taken just one point from their last six away games.

They can claim another win on the road against a team they have beaten regularly down the years. Parma have lost three of their last four home games but they have scored in five of six Serie A games at Stadio Ennio Tardini this term.
Both Teams to Score Accumulator Tip
Inter have won their last three away Serie A matches and should get the better of a Verona side that have lost four of their last five. Both teams have scored in three of Verona’s last four home league matches and, after scoring against third-placed Fiorentina last time out, the Mastiffs may be able to breach Inter’s defence too.
Bournemouth have won their last three home matches, including victories over Arsenal and Manchester City. However, they have conceded in 11 of their 12 competitive outings this season and Brighton have seen goals at both ends in eight of their last nine.

Experts' Accumulator Tip
Coventry made the controversial decision to part ways with long-term manager Mark Robins recently, which was not well received by the fan base. This will be the first home game since the boss who led them from League Two to the brink of the Premier League was sacked and also sees two key former players return to the Coventry Building Society Arena for the first time with Gustavo Hamer and Callum O’Hare likely to feature for the visitors. All of that spells trouble against a Blades side that have won nine of their last 12 games and should be able to extend that strong recent run against a team that are currently managerless.
A 3-1 defeat to Mainz meant Borussia Dortmund slipped down to seventh spot in the Bundesliga before the international break and they could again come unstuck against Freiburg.Since the start of October, Dortmund have lost to Union Berlin, Real Madrid, Augsburg, Wolfsburg and Mainz, and it is hard to get behind Nuri Sahin’s men.Freiburg know how to make themselves tough to beat, losing just three of their ten league fixtures this season, and the Black Forest club are worth backing to avoid defeat at Signal Iduna Park.
Having sold some star names from last season’s playoff-achieving squad, Peterborough have taken time to hit their stride in League One, but recent signs have been encouraging.Posh have won four of their last five games in all competitions and they are in formidable form at home, where they’ve taken 13 points from their last five matches.Darren Ferguson’s men have won their last two home league fixtures against Blackpool and local rivals Cambridge 5-1 and 6-1 and they may be too explosive for a youthful Reading side that struggle on their travels. The Royals have picked up only five points from seven away league matches and they have suffered some heavy defeats on the road, losing 5-2 at Bolton, 3-0 at Wrexham and 4-1 at Stockport.
Aberdeen bounced back from their hammering by Celtic to beat Dundee 4-1 ahead of the international break. The Dons have now won all bar one of their league games this term, claiming 31 of the 33 points available. That fantastic run looks set to continue this weekend, with St Mirren losing all five encounters with the sides above them, including a 3-1 loss at Aberdeen. The hosts have lost to nil against both Celtic and Dundee United on their own patch this term, so Aberdeen are well-priced to continue their fantastic start.
Just three points separates these sides in Ligue 1, but home advantage could play a key role in handing Montpellier yet another defeat and keeping them rooted to the bottom of the table. All seven of Montpellier’s points have come at home this season, with their five away games resulting in an aggregate loss of 16-3, and the injury hit side face a St Etienne outfit that have actually been decent at the Stade Geoffrey-Guichard.Les Verts have beaten Strasbourg, Auxerre, and Lille in front of their own fans in their last four matches, and another crucial three points could be heading their way on Saturday.
News broke this week that, due to financial mismanagement, Lyon are set to be relegated at the end of the season, a decision which could lead to a mass exodus of players in January. That level of off-field distraction is likely to take its toll and Reims could be big beneficiaries of a demotivated Les Gones, whose players will be aware their futures are uncertain, arriving at the Stade Auguste Delaune on Saturday.Lyon had won only one of their previous five games prior to the news breaking, with that sole victory an unconvincing 1-0 triumph over struggling St Etienne, and may struggle at Reims, who won this fixture 2-0 last term and have lost just three of their last ten matches.
3pm Win Accumulator Tip
Gillingham ended a poor run with a superb 1-0 victory at home to leaders Port Vale and they can follow up by defeating Harrogate this weekend. The Gills should be feeling a lot more confident and that makes them a tough proposition for Harrogate, who are winless on their last six road trips.
Luton feel that they should be higher in the table and they can take a step forward by defeating injury-hit Hull at Kenilworth Road. The Hatters have gathered 11 of their 15 points on home soil and should overpower the Tigers, who are winless in seven.
Peterborough signed off for the break with a 6-1 success at home to Cambridge and their resurgence can continue with a win against Reading. The trip to free-scoring Posh looks a tricky assignment for Reading, who have won only once on their League One travels.
West Brom ended a frustrating spell with a hard-fought 2-1 success at Hull and they can kick-on by defeating Norwich at the Hawthorns. The Baggies have been getting some of their key players closer to full fitness and they should see off the Canaries, who often struggle on their travels.
Manchester City vs Spurs Ultimate Bet Builder Tip
Erling Haaland to score 2+ goals
Haaland was an unused substitute against Tottenham when the pair met last month, while he scored twice in the victory at Spurs earlier this year. The forward scored four times over the international break and he’ll fancy his chances of causing problems against a side missing both of their first choice centre-halves. With Haaland scoring 12 of City’s 22 league goals and a high-scoring game expected, back Haaland to score multiple goals.
Brennan Johnson to have 2+ shots
Johnson has taken more shots than any Spurs player this season, while the forward had two efforts on target in the Carabao Cup clash between these two. The Welsh international has taken at least two shots in nine of his 11 Premier League appearances and he should add to that given how City are struggling to deal with fast breaks.
Radu Dragusin to be fouled 1+ times
Dragusin is set to be drafted in at centre-half once again and the defender has been fouled in three of his four Premier League appearances so far. He’s been fouled five times across those games, while he’s been fouled 13 times across his last 16 appearances for club and country, including the clash between these two in October.
Dejan Kulusevski to be carded
Kulusevski leads the way for Spurs in terms of fouls committed this season and the Swede has already been booked three times. Having been cautioned in each of his last two away trips in the Premier League, plus the trip to Galatasaray earlier this month, back him to pick up a card.
Evening Bet to Net Treble Tip
Omar Marmoush has scored in each of his last four games for Eintracht Frankfurt. The Egyptian, who was rested from the Pharaohs’ game against Cape Verde last week, is currently the Bundesliga’s joint-top scorer with 11 goals.
Ademola Lookman has scored six goals in his last nine Serie A appearances. The Nigerian has scored two braces in his last four club games.
Robert Lewandowski leads the league’s scoring charts with 14 goals. He scored a brace in both of Barca’s home and away league wins over Celta last season.
Goals Galore Accumulator Tip
At least four goals have been scored in three of Frankfurt’s four home Bundesliga games this season, Similarly, at least four goals have been scored in four of Werder Bremen’s five away league trips this term. Frankfurt home games are averaging 4.5 goals while Werder’s five away trips have produced a tally of 25 goals.
Seven of the last nine games at the Etihad have featured at least four goals and with Tottenham likely to be more adventurous than most of City’s visitors, that trend should be enhanced.
Barcelona have the best attacking record in La Liga with 40 goals scored so far. They should score enough goals to secure victory against a Celta side that have shipped 22 times this term – the joint-second worst defensive record in La Liga.
At least three goals have been scored in three of Reims’ last four home league matches while the same is true of three of Lyon’s last five Ligue 1 away trips.
Correct Score Double Tip
Girona have scored at least three goals in two of their six home league contests this term and will be licking their lips at the prospect of going up against an Espanyol side that have shipped three or more on the road in three of their last five. Espanyol have scored exactly once in three of their last four away games so a 3-1 defeat may be on the cards.
Celtic have scored at least two goals in all of their domestic away games and exactly twice in half of them. Meanwhile, Hearts are yet to concede more than two in any home game and have only shipped more than a brace in one of their last 10 in all competitions.
European Roadtrip Accumulator Tip
RKC Waalwijk have lost 10 of their 12 games this season, including all of their away trips. The hoss have won two of their three home clashes with bottom half teams.
Bastia have seen both teams score in six of their last eight matches, with two of their previous three finishing 2-2. Four of Lorient’s last five away trips have seen both teams score.
Schalke have lost six of their eight matches against sides above them this term, while Hamburg should prove too strong having gone unbeaten at home this season.
Genk have won all but one of their home matches this season, while Charleroi have lost five of their last seven away trips.
Racing Santander have won eight of their last nine matches and the visitors have a 100% record on their travels. Malaga have struggled against top sides and the visitors should prove too strong.
PSV have won all but one of their league games this term, while Groningen have lost six of their last seven matches. The visitors were thumped 6-0 in their last away trip and PSV should outclass them.
Bet of the Day Tip
All seven of Montpellier’s points this season have come at home, and their five trips away have resulted in an aggregate loss of 16-3, while St Etienne have won three of their last four home matches.
Evening Accumulator Tip
Hearts have failed to score in all three clashes with the Old Firm so far this season while Celtic have won all six Premiership away games this term, five of them with a clean sheet.
Atalanta have won eight of their last nine games in all competitions, including their last four away games. At least three goals have been scored in three of Reims’ last four home league matches while the same is true of three of Lyon’s last five Ligue 1 away trips.
European Trophy Treble Tip
Real Madrid clinched a record-extending 15th Champions League trophy at Wembley last season and they look good value to make it 16 in Munich next year.
They have won 15 of their 18 appearances in the final and have won six of the last 11 instalments, with their last defeat in the final of this competition coming back in 1981 against Liverpool.
Los Blancos’ storied history in this competition would have put them among my favourites for the trophy even before their business in the summer, but the transfer window has been kind to them and they head into the 2024/25 campaign with arguably the best squad in the world.
The world-class talents of Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior remain instrumental to Carlo Ancelotti’s side, but the arrival of arguably the world’s best player in Kylian Mbappe could send them stratospheric.
As if that wasn’t enough, teenage sensation Endrick has also arrived in the Spanish capital and scored on his home debut against Real Valladolid.
Led by a manager who has won the Champions League a record five times with two separate teams, it would take a brave man to oppose Real Madrid.
Athletic Bilbao have clear motivation for a deep Europa League run – as their San Mames stadium will host the final in May. Spain star Nico Williams has hung around for another season dreaming of European glory with his boyhood club in their home ground.
Athletic won the Copa del Rey last term and they’re seen as the strongest Spanish side in the competition. With eight of the last 11 seasons seeing a Spanish winner of the Europa League, Athletic are standout value at 12/1.
Copenhagen made the Champions League last 16 earlier this year, making it through a group that contained Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Galatasaray. They finished four points off the Danish title in May and slipped into the Conference League as a result, where the change in format offers them a path to glory. After a decent summer transfer window and a strong domestic start, Copenhagen can make an impact in a competition which has a vulnerable trio of favourites.

Both Teams To Score Long Haul Accumulator Tip
Both teams have scored in nine of Cheltenham’s last 11 games and they have scored in all of those. Tranmere have scored in eight of their last 10 games overall and have conceded a hefty 12 goals in just seven trips in this competition.
Plymouth have managed just one clean sheet in 15 attempts in the Championship, shipping 26 goals in total, but they have scored in seven of their eight home fixtures across all competitions. Watford have the joint-worst defensive record away from home in the division with 18 goals conceded, but the Hornets have only failed to score in one of their last five games.
Brighton are yet to draw a blank on their travels and there have been goals at both ends in eight of their last nine games across all competitions, while Bournemouth have scored in four of their five home fixtures.
Altrincham have seen both teams score in nine of their last 12 games and are facing an Aldershot side who have gone five games without a clean sheet, but have scored in three of their last four.
Osasuna are yet to draw a blank at home this season but they’ve also conceded in five of their seven games at this venue. Villarreal have scored in six of their seven trips across all competitions but are yet to keep a clean sheet on their travels.
Auxerre have are on a run of 10 points from the last available 12, but clean sheets have been harder to come by as they’ve managed just one shut-out in their last five. Angers have scored in four consecutive away games and both teams have scored in eight of their last nine games overall.
