Football Betting Tips
Super Mega Accumulator Tip
Millwall have put their foot on the gas in the race for the Championship playoffs with four wins from their last five matches and they can take down out-of-form Blackburn at Ewood Park.
Liam Manning has Bristol City playing terrific football in the Championship at the moment with the Robins having lost just one of their last 11 games. They have won six matches in that streak and can get the better of Sunderland, who have little left to play for until the playoffs.
Port Vale haven’t conceded a goal in five of their last seven League Two games and have stormed to the top of the table at just the right time. Carlisle, meanwhile, are staring at relegation and look set to take another step closer to the National League.
There looks a strong chance there will be a few goals in this one. Only one of Barrow’s last seven away matches has featured fewer than three goals and there have been more than two in five of Fleetwood’s last six, so over 2.5 goals looks the way to go.
In-form Stockport have gone unbeaten in eight of their last nine matches in League One and are on a four-match winning streak. They should prove too strong for a Peterborough side that may still be recovering from their exploits in Sunday’s EFL Trophy final.
Salford are threatening to make a late dash for the League Two playoffs and the Ammies can take their unbeaten run to seven with victory at home to third-bottom Accrington. The visitors are only six points above the relegation places and they are winless in six.
Wigan earned a spirited draw with promotion-chasing Wrexham last time out and they should be able to follow up with a victory at bottom of the table Shrewsbury, who will definitely be relegated if they don’t win this game. Wigan are unbeaten in nine of their last ten League One meetings with Shrewsbury to further enhance their claims.
Blackpool have been winners in five of their last seven League One games and offer value to triumph at a Stevenage side whose season appears to be petering out following a run of just one win in seven.
Wrexham are in good form, with four wins and two draws from their last six League One games, and they could be involved in a high-scoring encounter with relegation-threatened Bristol Rovers, as both teams are in need of the points. 13 of Bristol Rovers’ 42 league matches this season have produced over 3.5 goals and this one could follow suit.
Sheffield United have made life hard for themselves in the Championship promotion race and they are not guaranteed to keep a clean sheet against the Bluebirds, who usually find the net on their travels.
Leeds can taste the Premier League and should be able to take a huge step towards attaining their place back in the top flight by claiming their tenth away victory of the season, even though Oxford can find the net.
Experts Accumulator Tip
Ian: A poor run has left confidence low for AFC Wimbledon and the visitors are well-placed to take advantage. Chesterfield are four points off a playoff spot after one defeat in their last nine outings, so back them to secure a win.
Jack: Millwall are making a late run for the playoffs with five wins from seven and they can prey on a Blackburn side who are winless in four at Ewood Park.
Liam: Liam Manning has Bristol City playing terrific football in the Championship at the moment with the Robins having lost just one of their last 11 games. They have won six matches in that streak and can get the better of Sunderland, who have little left to play for until the playoffs.
James: Coventry are pushing for a top six finish and they can boost their playoff hopes with three points. The visitors haven’t won an away fixture since November 10th, so back the Sky Blues to add to a run of five wins from six at home.
Aaron: Reading are unbeaten in nine at home, while Lincoln slipped up against rock-bottom Shrewsbury last time out and they have taken only one point from their last four road trips.
Gareth: Rotherham have won three of their last four and they should have too much for a struggling Mansfield side. Rotherham have only managed one clean sheet in their last 13 at home and the Stags have at least been scoring, so back a high-scoring home win.
League Two Accumulator Tip
There looks set to be goals at both ends in this one. Both teams have scored in all but two of Gillingham’s last ten away League Two outings and Cheltenham’s confidence should have been boosted by their 3-2 win at Crewe last time out which followed four straight games without scoring.
There looks a strong chance there will be a few goals in this one. Only one of Barrow’s last seven away matches has featured fewer than three goals and there have been more than two in five of Fleetwood’s last six, so over 2.5 goals looks the way to go.
This has the ingredients to be an entertaining encounter after Swindon beat highflying Bradford 5-4 on Saturday. Grimsby have kept just two clean sheets in their last 17 League Two outings and the Robins should be confident after claiming three successive wins in which they have scored 11 times.
Doncaster remain in League Two title contention but they have won only one of their last four away games and may be vulnerable favourites at Tranmere. Rovers have raised their game in pursuit of survival, losing only one of their last nine games and winning four in a row at home.
The Saddlers have slumped after establishing a huge league in League Two and are now in danger of failing to gain promotion. However, they face a Harrogate side who have been in woeful form on their travels, so this could finally be the week that Walsall rediscover their winning ways.
Both Teams to Score Accumulator Tip
No team has scored more League One goals this season than Birmingham’s 73, and they have scored at least twice in five of their last six league games. Crawley have also been finding the net recently, scoring in eight of their last nine matches. Both teams have also found the net in five of Crawley’s last six League One games away from home.
Goals could flow at the Riverside Stadium on Friday. While Middlesbrough, who have netted 61 goals in the Championship this season, are pushing for the playoffs, Plymouth are fighting relegation. With both teams needing to attack this game, both teams to score appeals.
Sheffield United have made life hard for themselves in the Championship promotion race and they are not guaranteed to keep a clean sheet against the Bluebirds, who usually find the net on their travels.
Porto have endured a difficult 2025, taking just 19 points from their 13 league assignments, and a weak defence leaves them looking vulnerable against in-form Famalicao. Both teams have scored in five of Porto’s last six home matches and the same bet is likely to land again, with Famalicao netting in eight straight matches ahead of Friday’s clash.
The net has bulged at both ends in ten of Nantes’s last 11 away league games, the only exception coming in a 2-0 loss at Marseille at the beginning of March. Rennes are better than they have shown this season and should play their part.
Match Goals Accumulator Tip
Goals could flow at the Riverside Stadium on Friday. While Middlesbrough, who have netted 61 goals in the Championship this season, are pushing for the playoffs, Plymouth are fighting relegation. With both teams needing to attack this game, over 2.5 goals looks a wise pick.
60% of Pau’s away trips have featured at least three goals, with the visitors conceding just shy of two goals per away trip. Over 2.5 goals has landed in Ajaccio’s previous four at home.
The hosts have seen three goals scored in each of their last three starts, while Utrecht Reserves have conceded 2.35 goals per away trip this term.
Home Wins Accumulator Tip
Charlton are hitting their stride at home, having gone 13 games without defeat in League One. They have enjoyed success in ten of their last 12 matches at The Valley.
Huddersfield are in poor form, but they might be the value bet to turn things around when relegation-threatened Cambridge United visit the John Smith’s Stadium on Friday.
Leyton Orient are in form and look set to get the better of Barnsley at home in League One on Friday with the visitors having lost three of their last four away games.
Stoke have put together a four-game unbeaten run in the Championship and on their own patch they look well-placed to defeat Sheffield Wednesday, who have not been having a good time of it on or off the pitch recently.
Stalemate Treble Tip
Coventry excelled under Frank Lampard in February and March but have recently stalled with just one win in their last four games. They may have to settle for a draw against West Brom, who have racked up 18 stalemates in the league this season.
Norwich and Portsmouth have recorded 24 draws between them in this term’s Championship and there is unlikely to be much between the sides, who have little left to play for in the league this season.
Preston have been draw specialists in this season’s Championship with 19 racked up in the second tier and they may have to settle for a share of the spoils with QPR, who have lost just one of their last five games.
Sheffield United vs Cardiff Bet Builder Tip
Jesurun Rak-Sakyi 1+ shot on target
Rak-Sakyi has recorded a shot on target in three of his last four starts and with the Blades expected to dominate proceedings, back him to get another chance in this clash.
Gustavo Hamer to be carded
Hamer leads the two sides in bookings, with 12 to his name this term. The midfielder has been shown seven cautions at home, while he was most recently booked against Oxford earlier this month.
Alex Robertson to be carded
Robertson has seven Championship bookings this season, the majority of which have come on the road. The midfielder has been booked in each of his last two appearances and he ranks highly for fouls per game.
Both Teams to Score & Win Double Tip
Cork are winless in seven, losing each of their previous three trips. The visitors have scored in defeats in all but one of their four away trips this term, while Bohemians have won comfortably in two of their three clashes with sides beneath them in the standings.
Leeds can taste the Premier League and should be able to take a huge step towards attaining their place back in the top flight by claiming their tenth away victory of the season, even though Oxford can find the net.
Evening Accumulator Tip
The net has bulged at both ends in ten of Nantes’s last 11 away league games, the only exception coming in a 2-0 loss at Marseille at the beginning of March. Rennes are better than they have shown this season and should play their part.
At one point Espanyol had looked in grave relegation danger but they have lost only three of their last 15 league games and have recorded back-to-back wins to nil away at Rayo Vallecano and Celta Vigo. Unbeaten in nine at home, they may prove the most likely victors.
Leeds can taste the Premier League and should be able to take a huge step towards attaining their place back in the top flight by claiming their tenth away victory of the season, even though Oxford can find the net.
Sporting are leading the way in the Primeria Liga and it is hard to see a Moreirense side with eight losses in their last 11 away games causing the champions too many problems in Lisbon. Four of the last five head-to-heads have seen Sporting win to nil.
Correct Score Double Tip
The hosts do still look the most likely winners, so correct-score punters should opt for a 3-1 victory. Nantes have failed to score in only six of their 28 league games this term, but Rennes are back on track after their latest 5-1 rout of Le Havre.
Oxford look safe in the second tier so will have nothing to lose against the league leaders, but the Whites can take control and claim a 3-1 victory.
Bet to Net Best Bet Tip
Gyokeres has scored in six of his last seven appearances and he’s scored nine goals across his last seven league games.
Bet of the Day Tip
Millwall have put their foot on the gas in the race for the Championship playoffs with four wins from their last five matches and they can take down out-of-form Blackburn at Ewood Park.
The Long Haul Both Teams To Score Accumulator Tip
Villa have scored in 15 consecutive games across all competitions and they’ve also scored in 15 successive home games in a run stretching back to November. The hosts should be able to find a way through as they bid to get back into the tie, but PSG have more than enough quality to do some damage on the break.
Real Madrid have a mountain to climb after a 3-0 defeat in the first leg and they need to throw caution to the wind when Arsenal visit the Bernabeu. That could lead to an open game with goals at both ends.
Rapid Vienna won 1-0 in Sweden courtesy of a second half own goal but the first leg of this Conference League tie was a more open affair than the scoreline suggests. Both teams had an xG of over one, and each managed five shots on target with a combined total of 28 attempts.
Both teams have scored in each of the visitors last six games and they’ve scored in six successive fixtures, while both have scored in Birmingham’s last six league games.
Both teams have scored in 10 of Napoli’s last 11 games and Monza’s scoring record against Italy’s big teams isn’t too bad considering their league position. The hosts have scored five goals in their last five games against the current members of Italy’s top six and they may be able to find a way through against a Napoli side who have conceded in eight of their last 10 road games.
Both teams have scored in Lyon’s last four games and they’ll be coming into this game after a Europa League tie at Old Trafford on Thursday, while Les Verts are scrapping for survival and one of the worst defences in the division but they do have a decent scoring record at home.
