Following on from our Super Bowl LIX outright prediction, our NFL expert takes a look at each division to build a tasty-looking NFL Conference double and Division winners acca!
Super Bowl LIX is scheduled to take place in New Orleans in February 2025, but before any organisation can dream of getting their hands on the coveted prize, they need to try and win their division and, ultimately, either the AFC or NFC Championship.
Having analysed all of the divisions, odds of 231/1 are available for our mega accumulator.
231/1 NFL Division winners accumulator
AFC East – Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins finished second in the AFC East last year, having shared the 11-6 record with the Buffalo Bills.
While the Bills’ roster has been weakened, the Dolphins look primed and ready to strike under Mike McDaniel. The Dolphins racked up some huge scores throughout the campaign, and their offence should cause havoc once again.
AFC North – Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals finished fourth in the division last year, but they did so with a 9-8 record. Cincinnati were without star quarterback Joe Burrow for most of the season, and they have reinforced the offensive line to help him stay upright.
Cincinnati’s schedule, especially in the early weeks, looks very favourable, so expect a strong start from Zac Taylor’s team.
AFC South – Houston Texans
Quarterback C.J. Stroud proved he could handle the pressure last year, and he has now got Joe Mixon and Stefon Diggs as new targets. The Texans could claim they have the best three receivers in the whole of the NFL, and they should have no problems securing the AFC South crown.
AFC West – Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs are looking to secure a “three-peat” this season, having won the last two Super Bowls. Patrick Mahomes is still the best in the league on his day, and Travis Kelce remains the best tight end in the sport. Kansas have little competition in their division and should be competing for honours once again.
NFC East – Philadelphia Eagles
All of Philadelphia’s rivals are either weaker than last year or still in transition. While the Eagles have lost Jason Kelce at centre, they brought in Saquon Barkley from the Giants and Jahan Dotson from the Commanders so they should be the top dogs in the NFC East.
NFC North – Detroit Lions
The NFC North should be a straight shootout between the Lions and the Green Bay Packers, but Dan Campbell’s team ended their long wait for a divisional crown last year, and that should stand them in good stead this year, especially with rookies Jameson Williams and Jahmyr Gibbs now up to speed.
NFC South – Atlanta Falcons
Atlanta’s offence should thrive without Arthur Smith holding them back as head coach, and Kirk Cousins’ arrival should get the best out of Bijan Robinson, Kyle Pitts and Drake London.
NFC West – San Francisco 49ers
With Brandon Aiyuk now tied to a new contract, the 49ers only need to tie down Trent Williams before their roster is in a good place for the season.
The 49ers have the best roster and the best depth in the NFC West, so they should win their third divisional title in succession.

AFC Championship – Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals and the Chiefs look the ideal candidates for the AFC Championship, but Burrow should finally be able to get one over Mahomes and Andy Reid, especially with the Bengals improving their offensive line.
NFC Championship – San Francisco 49ers
The 49ers and Eagles have fought for the NFC crown in recent years, but the latter have lost some of their power up front and the 49ers are in a prime spot to have another run at a Super Bowl.
