41/1 & 10/1 Bet Builder tips for Sunday's Euro 2024 action!

Before becoming a Sports Journalist for Free Super Tips, Aaron spent three years studying Sports Journalism at the University of Sunderland while taking in the Black Cats' 'glory years' under Martin O'Neill. Now back in Northern Ireland he turns niche stats into predictions for FST, while he's one of the few people on this island who is equally comfortable at Windsor Park and the Aviva.

Sunday marks the beginning of the end of the Euro 2024 group stages, with the final round of games from Group A. While hosts Germany are already safely through, Scotland have the chance to join them if they can claim a victory over Hungary.

We have every game of the tournament covered in our Euro 2024 match predictions, but below I’ve picked out two bet builder tips for the Group A double-header, including a 41/1 treble on Germany’s clash with Switzerland.

Sunday’s Euro 2024 Bet Builder tips

Scotland vs Hungary

Andy Robertson to score or assist

Hungary have proven weak on their right flank in this tournament, with Swiss left wing-back Michel Aebischer scoring and assisting against them in their opener. Max Mittelstadt set up a goal for Germany against them from a deeper role and had a shot at goal. Robertson hasn’t been hugely involved so far, but he scored in two of his final three league games for Liverpool and he can profit from the space Hungary offer up on that flank.

Roland Sallai to be fouled 2+ times

Sallai has been fouled on five occasions through two games and the attacking midfielder has looked very dangerous in both matches. The midfielder will look to work his way through a congested Scotland side, who pack players into central defence and midfield, which should result in more fouls on Sallai.

Scotland Goalkeeper to make 2+ saves

Angus Gunn has been forced to make at least 3 saves in both games at this tournament and Scotland will likely play on the back foot and aim to hit the Hungarians on the counter-attack. That’s going to require Gunn to make some saves, as Hungary have had 17 shots at the Euros so far and with Szoboszlai looking better in their last game the Hungarians should work Gunn on a few occasions.

Switzerland vs Germany

Niclas Fullkrug to score

Niclas Fullkrug has an excellent record at international level with 12 goals in 18 appearances for Germany. He has struck five times in his last nine games, of which only four were starts and two lasted longer than 45 minutes. The Dortmund striker scored against Scotland and his aerial prowess could earn him the nod to start against the Swiss, who were vulnerable to crosses against Hungary.

Dan Ndoye 1+ shot on target

Ndoye has ahd seven shots on goal at this tournament, getting an effort on target against Scotland in his last appearance. Hungary’s front three each had an effort on goal against Germany last time out and Julian Nagelsman should rotate his defence, with three of their four starters on a booking.

Remo Freuler to be carded

Freuler has made five fouls for Switzerland at this tournament, picking up a yellow card in their opener. The Bologna midfielder was booked nine times in Serie A this term and against a strong German midfield he is a good candidate for a caution.
