Tottenham’s clash with Manchester United is the game of the Premier League weekend, despite the sides being rooted in the bottom half of the table.
The pair are 15th and 14th in the standings, but there’s still a chance these two could meet for the fourth time this season in May’s Europa League final.

Dejan Kulusevski to score
Tottenham have won both meetings with Manchester United this season and Dejan Kulusevski has been a crucial part of both victories. The Swede was fantastic in the 3-0 win at Old Trafford and he was on the scoresheet in both encounters.
Kulusevski has been the driving force behind Tottenham when they’ve been at their best this season. The Swede seems to thrive against United with his drives from a deeper midfield position, so back him to continue to impress against them.
Pedro Porro to score or assist
Full-back Pedro Porro is another who could cause United problems, especially given that he and Kukusevski will likely target young wing-back Patrick Dorgu.
Porro has five Premier League assists to his name this term and each of those have come at home. The Spaniard has already set up goals against Hoffenheim and Leicester this year and he’s recorded four shots on target across his last four starts. The full-back has two goals to his name this season and scored at home to United in 2023, so back him to make an impact against a vulnerable United side.
Harry Maguire to score or be carded
After his late winner against Leicester last time out, Harry Maguire is one to watch this weekend. The defender is well-placed to exploit a Spurs side who have a terrible record when it comes to defending set pieces.
Maguire has been more of a scoring threat lately, having a shot in six of his previous eight starts. However, he was booked in four of his six games prior to netting against Leicester.
This Tottenham side draw plenty of fouls, with only Aston Villa picking up more in the Premier League this season.
Manuel Ugarte to be carded
With Spurs drawing a lot of fouls, it’s hard to look past Ugarte. The midfielder has eight Premier League bookings to his name this term, including five across his previous seven appearances.
In all competitions, he has been booked in four consecutive starts. With Tottenham’s midfield likely to cause him all kinds of problems, back Ugarte for a caution.
