Celtic vs Rangers – Rangers to win at 7/4

Rangers lost out in the Europa League in midweek, but their Scottish Premiership record has been near-perfect this term. The Gers have won 28 of their 32 matches this season, including two victories in both of their clashes with Celtic.

The Bhoys are in the midst of a terrible campaign, with things potentially getting worse this weekend. The Gers will want to finish their excellent season with a flourish and they’ll be up for sending a message here, especially with Celtic refusing to give them a guard of honour.

The Gers have been streets ahead of their rivals this season and there’s no reason for that not to continue here. The champions have been the Premiership’s top side by some distance, so they’re great value for a victory.

Udinese vs Lazio – Udinese double chance at 8/11

Lazio’s Champions League exit in midweek didn’t come as a surprise, but a 6-2 aggregate defeat has to have damaged confidence in Le Aquile’s camp and their overall form is worrying. They have lost four of their last five games and away from home are on a four-game losing streak in all competitions.

Only one of their Serie A away wins this season have come against teams outside the bottom six, and they’re facing a Udinese side that have made themselves very difficult to beat of late.

I Friulani have lost only one of their last ten and are unbeaten in five, with these ten games including positive results against Atalanta and the Milanese duo. They are unbeaten in five at the Dacia Arena and are in high spirits after keeping four clean sheets in a row and winning each of their last three. Expect a strong home showing.

Chelsea vs Sheffield United – Chelsea to win to nil at 5/6

Thomas Tuchel is building his Chelsea revolution on strong defensive foundations and the Blues haven’t conceded a single goal in 540 minutes of football at Stamford Bridge since the German’s appointment in January.

Sheffield United meanwhile, have failed to score in five of their last six assignments, and with Chris Wilder gone, the Blades’ players looked like they had downed tools in a 5-0 thumping at Leicester last week.

Montpellier vs Bordeaux – Montpellier to win at 11/10

Montpellier, 2-0 winners at Bordeaux in November, can complete the double over Les Girondins when they meet at the Stade de la Mosson.

Bordeaux stopped the bleeding last week with a welcome win at Ligue 1’s bottom club Dijon, ending a streak of eight games without a win, seven of which were losses.

Montpellier have overcome their own mid-season blip and are currently on a run of nine matches without defeat.

Liam Flin

Football journalist and La Liga and Bundesliga expert at Racing Post.

Fiorentina vs AC Milan – AC Milan to win at 6/5

Milan’s title hopes are fading fast in Serie A but they can get back to winning ways when they visit a Fiorentina side who are not yet clear of relegation this weekend.

Getting knocked out of the Europa League may have done Milan a favour as they can now concentrate on at least consolidating second spot and they go into Sunday’s game with the best away record in the division.

Milan have won 11 of their 13 away assignments in Italy’s top flight this term and can come out on top at the Stadio Artemio Franchi, where Fiorentina have an underwhelming 5-5-4 record this term.

Ian Wilkerson

Football journalist at Racing Post.

Getafe vs Elche – Getafe to win at 10/11

Getafe have won just two of their 11 home games since they beat Barcelona in October but there are still good reasons to trust them to get the job done against Elche.

The visitors have been miserable on the road for most of the season and have lost on the last six occasions they were on their travellers, dragging them right into the relegation battle.

No one in La Liga has lost more than their nine away games.

Getafe, meanwhile, have conceded just nine goals at home all season and should have been boosted by their latest results and performances on their own patch. They drew with leaders Atletico Madrid after Allan Nyom was sent off with 20 minutes remaining, and before that they posted a 3-0 success over Valencia.

Leicester vs Man Utd – Draw at 12/5

This quarter-final could go all the way to penalties and the 90-minute draw definitely looks like the value bet to me.

There’s nothing between them really in the Premier League with United one point ahead in second from third-place Leicester, who have the nominal home advantage.

I also like the form of both with Leicester scoring five against Sheffield United and United did well given they were a bit light up front to get the better of West Ham last week.

Paddy Kenny

West Ham vs Arsenal – Arsenal to win at 29/20

Having won a London derby last week Arsenal can quickly follow up with another success, this time at West Ham.

Any derby win is massive for any squad – it means your confidence is sky high – and after that great result against Spurs they should be able to get another victory.

They also got those points without Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after he was dropped for being late. The same thing happened to me at Sheffield United after I was late by three minutes and Kevin Blackwell put me on the transfer list so Aubameyang is lucky it was just the one match.
