Who to Bench

Harry Kane

The Tottenham Hotspurs hitman might have started to bag a few goals after a slow start to the season, but they face an Arsenal side in very good form on Sunday. They haven’t let too much slip at the back recently (apart from the visit to Bayern Munich), so I think it’s best to bench the striker for a game.

Yohann Cabaye

The Crystal Palace new boy might have impressed so far this season, but they come up against a well organised and high pressurised Liverpool this weekend. I don’t expect Palace to get too many opportunities up front and I think the central midfielders will struggle for space when faced with Jurgen Klopp’s new tactics.

Who to Buy

Odion Ighalo – Price: 5.5 Million

Ighalo is Watford’s main attacking threat, and has either scored or assisted each of Watford’s last nine goals in the Premier League. This takes him to 2nd in the points scoring charts for strikers, and with them facing a Leicester side who rarely keep a clean sheet I think he’ll get a few chances.

Romelu Lukaku – Price: 8.5 Million

The in form Everton frontman picked up 14 points last weekend as Everton demolished Sunderland. He doesn’t seem able to do it against the big teams, but they have a favourable run of fixtures against West Ham, Aston Villa, and Bournemouth coming up. He should bag a few.

Marcos Rojo – Price: 5.4 Million

Rojo seems to have worked his way back into the good books of Louis van Gaal, and with Luke Shaw out until April he should stay in the team for the majority of the season at left back. Manchester United are unbeaten at home, have an excellent defensive record, and are facing a West Brom side who struggle to score.

Dusan Tadic – Price: 7.0 Million

The Southampton midfielder is picking up a good amount of points at the moment, and he’s only owned by 1% of the players on Fantasy Premier League. Southampton visit Sunderland this weekend, who shipped six goals last weekend. He could easily bag a goal or two and some assists.
