Alvaro Negredo – Middlesbrough

Newly promoted Premier League club Middlesbrough are wasting no time this summer. Guillem Balague has reported that the north east club are in advanced talks over the potential signing of 30 year old former Manchester City striker Alvaro Negredo.

Paul Pogba – Manchester United

Manchester United are putting their proposed transfer of Paul Pogba into motion now that Euro 2016 has ended. They are expected to formally bid £85 million for the Juventus midfielder, and their chances of him arriving at Old Trafford have been boosted after Real Madrid pulled out of the race to sign him due to financial constraints.

N’Golo Kante – Real Madrid

Now that their chase of Pogba has come to an end, Real Madrid will turn their attentions towards the more affordable option of N’Golo Kante, who won the Premier League with Leicester last season.

Andre Gomes – Real Madrid

Or, the Bernebau club could pursue Valencia’s highly rated young midfielder Andre Gomes. He’s expected to command a more affordable fee of £42 million.

Carlos Bacca – West Ham

It’s believed that West Ham and AC Milan have agreed a £30 million fee for their 29 year old Colombia international Carlos Bacca. The striker scored 18 Serie A goals last season, but providing West Ham can convince him to move to London could be on his way out of Milan. The player is thought to want his wages matching those of Dimitri Payet, which would double his salary to £120,000 per week.

William Carvalho – Premier League

A number of Premier League clubs, including Everton, Southampton, and Leicester are chasing Sporting Lisbon and Portugal midfielder William Carvalho. The 24 year old has impressed during Euro 2016 and looks like he could be on the move this summer.

Arda Turan

Barcelona have put Turkey captain Arda Turan on the market just a year after signing him. The 29 year old playmaker has failed to impress at the Nou Camp and it’s expected that Barcelona are willing to sell him for significantly less than the £34 million they paid for him last summer.

Mauro Icardi – Chelsea or Arsenal?

Inter Milan striker Maurco Icardi’s wife has said that the club are ready to sell him this summer. The 23 year old reportedly wants to stay at the San Siro, but Inter are ready to cash in on their young captain due to financial problems. Chelsea and Arsenal were reportedly interested, although Arsenal’s interest in Alexandre Lacazette and Alvaro Morata and Chelsea’s signing of Michy Batshuayi may put them out of the race.

Christian Benteke – Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace’s chase of Christian Benteke is nearing a conclusion. The club have reportedly agreed personal terms with the 25 year old Belgian striker, and both Palace and Liverpool are confident that a deal can be struck between the clubs in the next week.
