Andros Townsend – Newcastle – DONE DEAL
Newcastle have finally completed the signing of 24 year old winger Andros Townsend after they agreed on a £12 million fee with Tottenham Hotspur. He has signed a five and a half year contract at St James’ Park.

Ramires – Jiangsu Suning – DONE DEAL
Chinese Super League club Jiangsu Suning have splashed the cash on Chelsea’s industrious midfielder Ramires. The fee is reported at over £25 million.

Lamine Kone – Sunderland – DONE DEAL
Sunderland have completed the signing of Lorient defender Lamine Kone for around £5 million. The Ivory Coast international has been the subject of speculation this January, but the deal was thought to be off after two attempts to sign him stalled.

Alexandre Pato – Chelsea – Medical Completed
Corinthians striker Alexandre Pato has passed a medical ahead of his loan move to Chelsea, and the deal should be official by the end of the day. The 26 year old forward is moving on loan to Stamford Bridge, with the expectation that Chelsea buy him at the end of the loan spell.
Alex Teixeira – Liverpool
Shakhtar Donetsk attacker Alex Teixeira is unlikely to move to Anfield this month as the two clubs have failed to find middle ground on a price for the player. Shakhtar wanted at least £35 million for the prolific attacking midfielder, but Liverpool were only offering £25 million.
Jamie Vardy – Chelsea
Chelsea are keen on bringing Leicester’s star striker Jamie Vardy in this January, and will try to use Loic Remy as a bargaining chip.
Ahmed Musa – Leicester
But Leicester will turn their attention towards CSKA Moscow striker Ahmed Musa. The Russian outfit value the 23 year old striker at £19 million, but Leicester are only willing to pay £14 million.
Andriy Yarmolenko – Arsenal
Arsenal are planning to swoop in for Dynamo Kiev winger and Everton target Andriy Yarmolenko. The Gunners are believed to have agreed on a £23 million fee for the 26 year old Ukrainian.
Gianelli Imbula – Stoke
Stoke will have to pay the big bucks if they want to sign Porto’s 23 year old midfielder Gianelli Imbula. Stoke had previously enquired about the player, but the Portuguese club have put a £38 million price tag on the player.
Alberto Paloschi – Swansea
Swansea are close to agreeing a fee with Chievo for 26 year old striker Alberto Paloschi. The Welsh club are willing to spend £7.5 million to boost their scoring options and save them from relegation.
Robert Lewandowski – Real Madrid
Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski will snub deals from Manchester United, Manchester City, and Chelsea in order to wait for a move to Real Madrid.
