Following on from our Premier League outright predictions and our top four and relegation tips, we take a look at the top goalscorer market as a certain Erling Braut Haaland looks to defend his Golden Boot for a second time.
The Norwegian dominates the top goalscorer market once again this year, but there is value to be found in each-way betting with such a firm favourite for the outright prize.

Premier League top goalscorer tips & predictions
Mohamed Salah each-way at 10/1
Mohamed Salah is the second favourite for the Golden Boot at a mighty 10/1, and the Egyptian is a solid option.
After a full summer of rest, Salah has looked sharp during Liverpool pre-season tour of the United States and appears comfortable in new manager Arne Slot’s setup.
A tough end to last season, where he scored just four goals in 12 appearances after returning from the Africa Cup of Nations, saw him end seventh in the goalscoring chart.
Still, Salah averaged a goal every 140 minutes in the Premier League and does not have any mid-season international tournaments to contend with this term, so we could see the Egyptian back to his best.
If he does find his form, that could spell trouble for every other side in the division. He has scored 155 goals in 250 Premier League appearances since joining Liverpool in the summer of 2017, and last season was just the second time in seven campaigns that he has not finished as one of the top four scorers.
He has placed either first or second in four of those years, and with bookmakers paying out the top four places, he is a solid choice.
Heung-min Son each-way at 33/1
Another regular addition in the upper echelons of the Premier League goalscoring chart is Heung-min Son, and he could find himself back up there come May.
The South Korean had Asian Cup duty to contend with last term but still chipped in with 17 goals, while he has netted three goals in Tottenham’s last three pre-season friendlies.
Son has spent a long portion of his Spurs career playing second fiddle to Harry Kane when it comes to goalscoring, but despite that, he has still scored 120 Premier League goals in 303 appearances and has notched at least 15 league goals in three of the last four seasons.
He won the Golden Boot in 2021/22 and was fourth in 2019/20, so he looks excellent value to be among the top four again and land a decent each-way punt.
