It’s been all but confirmed for a few weeks now, but today Manchester United’s capture of Jadon Sancho for a reported £79.2 million was finally completed.
The 21-year-old England international joined Borussia Dortmund from Manchester City for just £8 million back in 2017 and has proven to be a shrewd bit of business. He has scored 43 goals and provided 51 assists in a Dortmund shirt and his move to Old Trafford means the Bundesliga side have pocketed a cool £71 million profit.
