The Euro 2024 group stages reach a conclusion on Wednesday with four games taking place. We have all the action covered in our Euro 2024 match predictions, but I’ve been digging a little deeper into the individual player stats to pick out a bet builder for every game.
I’ve been bold in the game between Ukraine and Belgium and opted for a huge 132/1 fourfold, with the three other tips ranging in price from 12/1 to 22/1.
All four bets can be found below and at the bottom of the article you’ll find sign-up bonuses for new customers for the relevant bookmakers.
Wednesday’s Euro 2024 Bet Builder Tips
Ukraine vs Belgium
Volodymyr Brazhko To Be Shown A Card
Ukraine midfielder Volodymyr Brazhko committed two fouls against Slovakia and could be in for a busy game on Wednesday against Belgium’s slick midfield. The Dynamo Kyiv man is yet to be booked in Germany but two fouls could be enough to see him pick up a first card against Belgium.
Kevin De Bruyne To Score Anytime
While Romelu Lukaku leads the line for Belgium, luck hasn’t been on his side at this tournament. Kevin De Bruyne has matched his tally of eight shots at the tournament, scoring in the clash with Romania. With little goal threat coming from Belgium’s wingers and given Lukaku’s struggles so far, look to De Bruyne as their biggest threat against a shaky Ukranian defence.
Amadou Onana To Have 2+ Shots
Belgium midfielder Amadou Onana had two shots against Slovakia and one against Romania. The Belgians will be looking for a win to ensure they claim top spot and with their forwards struggling they may need other attacking outlets to step forward, so Onana looks excellent value to try his luck at least twice.
Heorhii Sudakov To Commit 2+ Fouls
Ukraine midfielder Heorhii Sudakov committed three fouls in the defeat to Romania and will find himself up against the likes of De Bruyne, Doku and Castagne at various stages on the flank, so there is a good chance that he’ll commit at least two fouls and he appeals at a big price.
Slovakia vs Romania
Marius Marin To Commit 3+ Fouls
Romania’s Marius Marin is on a booking but may still have to get stuck in on Wednesday as both sides battle for a place in the next round. A draw is likely to be enough to send both sides through and it remains to be seen how both sides will approach the game, but as Marin occupies the holding midfield role he may well be called into action a few times and he committed three fouls in the defeat to Belgium last time out.
Adam Obert To Be Shown A Card
Adam Obert is expected tp be handed his first start at the Euros in place of injury concern David Hancko, who he replaced in the defeat to Ukraine. Obert could find himself marking Dennis Man and that would likely result in a tough game for the Cagliari defender as Man has been one of his country’s standout performers, so an Obert card has a chance.
Czech Republic vs Turkey
Mojmir Chytil To Have 4+ Shots
Both teams will feel they have to get something here but the Czechs are the team in most need. Mojmir Chytil should come in for the injured Patrik Schick and the forward will be looking to make an impact. He has had one shot in both games so far despite only featuring for a total of 51 minutes, so take a chance on him reaching four or more if he is involved from the off.
Zeki Celik To Commit 2+ Fouls
Zeki Celik committed three fouls in the defeat to Portugal and looks a value pick for two or more against the Czechs. A point would be enough for Turkey irrespective of other results and the Czech Republic have to go for it, that could lead to a bit of backs-to-the-wall defending so at least two fouls for Celik appeals.
Baris Alper Yilmaz To Be Fouled 2+ Times
Turkey forward Baris Alper Yilmaz has been fouled three times in two games at the Euros. The striker will have to try and hold the ball up at times and that should draw a few challenges and fouls, so back him to be fouled at least twice.
Georgia vs Portugal
Over 2.5 Goals
Portugal have scored 13 goals in their last five games and have seen at least three goals in each of those. A likely rotated lineup will be eager to impress and Georgia, who shipped three against Turkey, have allowed their opponents a massive 49 shots on goal so far in Euro 2024.
Diogo Jota To Score
Diogo Jota is likely to be given a starting berth here and had a goal disallowed from the bench in the opener. He has four goals and three assists across his last 370 minutes of action for Portugal.
Otar Kakabadze To Be Shown A Card
Georgia have to go for it and that could lead to a few players falling foul of the referee, particularly as Portugal have the ability to hold on to possession and that could frustrate their opponents. Otar Kakabadze was booked six times in 22 games for club side Cracovia last term so he looks a card contender here.
