SW19 promises to be the best one yet with all of the big guns out in force. The men’s singles competition has been dominated by the ‘big four’ in recent years; Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic. In fact, these four are the only men to lift the title in the last fifteen years with Federer responsible for eight of those including five wins in a row between 2003 – 2007. Widely believed to be the greatest player of all time, the defending champion is once again among the front runners this year. Murray is still on the comeback trail after hip surgery and has reduced his Wimbledon workload to Doubles matches only this year. Djokovic has been installed as the bookies favourite while Nadal is third in the betting, generally available at 11/2.
Many are expecting this year to revolve around the three former champions once more, but it isn’t always that simple. Could the Swiss be set to lift the crown for a record-extending 9th time? Is there a lurker in the field at bigger odds? Find our Wimbledon Championship Men’s Betting Tips here.

Serena Williams - Tennis

The Ladies’ Singles Championship has seen a wider variety of winners than the Men’s in recent times with five different players lifting the trophy in the last six years. This year’s victor will pick up a cool £2.35m and defending champion, Angelique Kerber, will be hoping that she can lift the first edition of the Wimbledon Championships to feature a tiebreak in the final set.
She faces some stiff competition however, most likely in the form of seven-time champion Serena Williams and pre-tournament favourite Ashleigh Barty. Will we see a new champion crowned here for the 3rd successive year? Click to view our Wimbledon Championships Women’s Betting Tips.
