Eintracht Frankfurt and Both Teams To Score

Reason for tip

With Borussia Monchengladbach having lost four of their last five games against current top-10 Bundesliga teams, this may be a tough one for them to avoid defeat. Eintracht Frankfurt have won three of their last five league games and three of their last five Bundesliga road trips while Gladbach have lost five and drawn three of their last eight games against die Adler with both teams scoring in seven.

Eintracht Frankfurt 2-1

Reason for tip

Eintracht Frankfurt have scored just over two goals per game over their last nine Bundesliga road trips. But they have kept only two away clean sheets all season while Gladbach’s only failure to register at home came against Bayern Munich.

Borussia Monchengladbach vs Eintracht Frankfurt Predictions

  • Borussia Monchengladbach have lost four of their last five games against current top-10 Bundesliga teams
  • Eintracht Frankfurt have won three of their last five league games and three of their last five Bundesliga road trips
  • Gladbach have lost five and drawn three of their last eight games against Frankfurt with both teams scoring in seven

The Foals keep falling to defeat against Frankfurt

Borussia Monchengladbach look vulnerable to suffering another setback against Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday when the Champions League-chasing Eagles fly into Borussia-Park.

The Foals have fallen to five defeats in their last eight meetings and, with three draws in that sequence too, have not beaten die Adler since 2021.

Gerardo Seoane’s men did grab a surprise three points at Stuttgart last time out, but they have generally struggled against top-10 Bundesliga teams this season.

Ekitike stepping up after Marmoush exit

Meanwhile, Dino Toppmoller’s side lost a little ground in a title race they were never really in with back-to-back draws against Hoffenheim and Wolfsburg.

The departure of Omar Marmoush to Manchester City is likely to have an impact on their fortunes, but for now other players appear ready to pick up the scoring mantle.

Hugo Ekitike grabbed a brace at Hoffenheim recently to take his saeson;s tally to 11 in 18 starts and one sub appearance, so there still appears to be enough firepower in Frankfurt to get the job done. Back Eintracht to secure a win with both teams on the scoresheet because they have kept only two away clean sheets all season while Gladbach’s only failure to register at home came against Bayern Munich.
