Juventus to Win and Over 1.5 Match Goals

      Reason for tip

Juventus won the reverse fixture 3-0, and should pick up another comfortable win against a weaker Como side. Each of Como’s last nine games have featured two or more goals and each of Juventus’ last ten in Serie A have, too.

      6/4odds when tipped

      Juventus 2-0

      Reason for tip

Como rarely concede more than two goals in a home match, doing it only once in eleven games this season. They have conceded exactly twice in recent meetings with AC Milan, Atalanta, and Bologna, though. Juventus have enough quality to get a couple of goals though, so 2-0 to The Old Lady looks the best betting option.

      Como vs Juventus Predictions

      • Juventus won the reverse fixture 3-0
      • Como have conceded two in six of their eleven home games
      • Juventus have scored two in five of their eleven away matches

      Easy night expected for Juve

Juventus travel to the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia to face 15th-place Como. They last met on the opening day of the season, where Juventus dominated the newly promoted side, beating them 3-0 and limiting Como to just a single shot.

Friday’s hosts have settled into Serie A and have a good chance of staying up this season. However, they struggle against the better teams in the league and have shipped two goals against AC Milan, Atalanta, and Bologna in recent weeks.

Juventus fans would prefer their side to be a few places higher than their current position of 5th, but they have a good chance to secure three points tonight and put pressure on their rivals. They were unbeaten away from home until their last away match, where they lost 2-1 to the league leaders, but overall, their away form is solid.

With Juventus scoring at least two in five of their eleven away matches, they look likely to find the net multiple times against Como. The 6/4 for Juventus to win and over 1.5 goals looks very appealing.

Despite regularly conceding goals at home, Como have only had one game where they’ve conceded more than two, and that came in a match where they had a man sent off. They were 2-0 down at half-time when they played Juventus earlier in the season, and their fans would have feared a drubbing was on the horizon, but they managed to contain Juventus to an extent and did well to concede only once in the second half. Expect Juventus to win, but an outlandish scoreline is unlikely—2-0 to The Old Lady looks much more likely.
