League B Group 1 has been an underwhelming section in this season’s Nations League but a gripping finish is in store with three teams capable of taking top spot in the final round of matches.

Czech Republic lead the way on eight points but Georgia and Albania are breathing over their shoulders on seven points and either nation could nick first place and promotion if the Czechs lose to the Georgians.

A win for Georgia in Olomouc would hand them the golden ticket to League A provided Albania fail to beat Ukraine, but a draw in this contest and win for the Albanians would see them claim top spot if they get the better of the Ukrainians on home soil.

A nervy night looks like in the Czech Republic but Georgia may be the more confident side in Olomouc having beaten the Czechs 4-1 earlier in the campaign.

Things haven’t gone so well since, with Georgia winning just one of their following four matches, but our prediction is for them to at least avoid defeat on Tuesday.

A draw won’t suit either side with Albania waiting to pounce so that could lead to an open affair which may swing either way.
