HamKam’s home struggles must be overcome

A 2-1 victory at Sandefjord was a very welcome win for HamKam last week, given they have a worrying home record of three defeats from five attempts.

The most recent of those outings was a 2-1 reversal to Brann, which is one of two occasions in their last three fixtures at Briskeby Stadion that there have been at least three goals.

Indeed, five of their last six outings across all venues have contained 3+ strikes, including a quite remarkable 7-1 thrashing of Sarpsborg back in late May.

Will Tromso pull clear of danger?

Visitors Tromso will hope to avoid a similar beating, and they head into the fixture knowing that if they win, they jump above their opponents in the table.

Form has certainly picked up of late for the Boys, who have registered four wins from their last eight matches, while seven of their last nine outings have contained at least three goals.

That includes a welcome 2-1 success at Sandefjord on Wednesday, their first away win of the campaign and a result they will be desperate to back up in this game.
