Terriers can prey on Royals

Huddersfield can be backed to beat Reading on Saturday, with the visitors having lost their last two League One away games.

They are fifth in League One, three places above Reading, with 14 wins and eight losses from their 28 games this season. Reading are eighth with 13 wins and ten defeats.

Reading lost 3-2 to Burton Albion in their last League One away game, but did end a four-game winless run last time out, beating Bolton 1-0.

Reading’s defence has been suspect lately, with the visitors conceding on each of their last two League One road trips. They have failed to keep a clean sheet in nine of their last 11 league games and have shipped 29 goals away from home this season – an average of 1.9 goals per game from 15 matches.

Reading won last time out, but prior to that they had been on a poor run and Huddersfield find themselves in a similar situation now having unexpectedly lost three in a row.

They can get back to winning ways with a 2-1 home win the correct score pick – Reading have shipped at least twice in nine of their ten League One losses this term.
