Start of congested period for Greece

Kosovo got off to the best possible start in their Nations League campaign as they were able to clinch a 2-0 away victory over Cyprus. However, they finished at the bottom of Group B as their quest for World Cup qualification ended in tatters. The hosts often find themselves punching above their weight and the side ranked 107th in the world will be keen to add another victory in their second Nations League outing.

Gus Poyet leads Greece into a competitive match for the first time since his appointment. It will be the first of four fixtures within the space of less than a fortnight. They already have three points on the board and the focus must surely be on gaining promotion from League C after failing to do so for three consecutive campaigns. They’ve drawn their last two most recent games against Kosovo but they’ll be looking for a win.
