Before their promotion was confirmed by the later kick-off, Leeds impressed in front of their own fans with a 6-0 hammering of Stoke City and they should put on a show for their fans in their last home game of the season.

Central to Leeds’s promotion push this season has been goals with Daniel Farke’s side averaging more than two goals per game (89 scored in 44 matches) and this could be a high-scoring matchup.

While Leeds can enjoy this fixture knowing they are playing Premier League football next season, Bristol City are one of the sides desperately trying to join them as they cling on to a playoff berth.

Bristol City’s playoff push could stall again

Ahead of the weekend fixtures, Bristol City occupied fifth spot in the table, knowing a surprise win away to Leeds would guarantee a playoff spot.
