Lyon have had the upper hand against Toulouse recently and can continue to dominate this fixture when they host Carles Martinez’s side at Parc Olympique Lyonnais on Saturday.

They have won nine of their last 11 Ligue 1 home games against Toulouse and ten of 12 looks like it will be forthcoming this weekend.

Lyon are two places above Toulouse in the table, but they are only separated by four points. Lyon are sixth with eight wins, four draws and five defeats, while Toulouse are eighth with seven wins, three draws and seven losses.

Toulouse lost 2-1 to Strasbourg on Sunday, but they went into that game in form, having won six of their previous eight Ligue 1 matches.

Lyon love playing Toulouse, having won 14 of the last 16 Ligue 1 meetings between the two sides and look to be reliable favourites.

Lyon have won their last four Ligue 1 games against Toulouse when starting as the odds-on favourites and they can be backed to do so again here.

Three of Toulouse’s seven losses this season have been by two goals, and a 2-0 win for Lyon looks the best correct-score bet.
