Napoli to get title charge back on track

Napoli should be backed to beat Fiorentina at home on Sunday, with the visitors in poor form and the hosts a perfectly acceptable price at short odds to maintain their title push.

They are second in Serie A, five places and 12 points above Fiorentina, with 17 wins, six draws and four defeats from their 27 games. The visitors are seventh with 13 wins, six draws and eight losses.

Napoli have avoided defeat in six of their last seven home games in Serie A, while Fiorentina have lost four of their last six times on the road. The visitors are on a two-game losing streak away from home in Serie A and were also turned over 3-2 by Panathinaikos in the first leg of their Conference League last-16 tie on Thursday.

Napoli, who had a free midweek, will fancy their chances of getting on the scoresheet. They have found the net in 12 successive Serie A games and have scored in 18 of their last 20 league matches.

Napoli have been good at home this season, winning nine, drawing two and losing two of their Serie A games, and a 2-0 win for them looks the best correct-score bet. 

They have won by two goals on five occasions this season, while Fiorentina have struggled on their travels, with under 2.5 goals a winning bet in their last three league games.
