Djurgarden seek to turn the tide

Rapid Vienna take a slender 1-0 advantage into Thursday’s Europa Conference League quarter-final, second leg and will hope to secure a last-four berth in front of their fans at Allianz Stadion.

Robert Klauss’ side produced a classic away European display to gain the upper hand over a game Djurgarden side, who dominated for long spells but could not find a way to score.

A 1-1 draw looks the most likely outcome of a game which will probably only spark into life once Djurgarden decide to come out and play. Rapid have not lost any of their four home games in this competition with two of the last three featuring one goal apiece at the 90-minute mark.
