Larne have become the top team in the NIFL Premiership in recent years, winning back-to-back titles after significant investment from owner Kenny Bruce.

Their forays into European football have been unsuccessful after a decent first year in which they reached the third round of qualifying for the Europa Conference League before being knocked out by Portuguese side Pacos de Ferreira.
