Watford have been one of the most impressive teams in the Championship this season and seem to be making real strides under rookie manager Tom Cleverly.

They have won all three of their league games and have beaten Plymouth and MK Dons in the EFL Cup by a combined score of 7-0.

The fixure list has been relatively kind to them however and they now face their first big test as they take on recently relegated Sheffield United.

The Blades have drawn back-to-back games on their return to the Championship after beating Preston in their curtain raiser.  

Chris Wilder’s side were dumped out of the cup by Barnsley in midweek and will be hoping to improve upon that performance in front of the Bramall Lane faithful.

They face a stern challenge however in the shape of an improving Watford side and a stalemate may be what both teams have to settle for in this one.
