Palmer has scored five of his seven Premier League goals this term at Stamford Bridge and he does tend to save his best form for home matches. He’s scored 21 times in his last 22 home games in the Premier League, so back him to trouble Villa this weekend.
Rasmus Hojlund could be set to thrive under Ruben Amorim and after grabbing a brace in the Europa League during the week, he would appear a prime candidate to get on the scoresheet on Sunday.
Heung Min-Son gave Spurs the lead from the spot against Roma on Thursday and had a total of nine efforts at goal in recent home league games against West ham and Aston Villa so he can increase his Premier League season goal tally of three.
City are in woeful form, but Norway international Erling Haaland has recovered from his own dip after hitting a brace in the Champions League on Tuesday. Haaland now has seven goals in his last five games for club and country, and he can get on the scoresheet at Anfield even if City leave empty handed.
Marmoush has 11 goals in 11 Bundesliga games, including six in six away trips. He scored and assisted in their 2-1 win at Midtjylland in midweek and he’s failed to score in just two of his last 10 league appearances.
Jamie McGrath has scored in back-to-back games for Aberdeen and can make it three in a row when the Dons travel to Edinburgh to face a Hearts side who have shipped seven goals in their last four games.
Premier League Accumulator Tip
Aston Villa are winless in seven and their testing clash with Juventus in midweek could leave them with little left in the tank going into this trip. They’ve lost their previous three away trips and head to a Chelsea side who have won three of their last four.
United have won five matches on the spin against Everton, the last three of which have been to nil, and the Toffees may struggle to break down Ruben Amorim’s side given they have failed to score in half of their 12 league fixtures to date this term.
Fulham triumphed in their last away Premier League game at Crystal Palace but they face a Spurs team still buzzing from a 4-0 win at Manchester City. Expect the Cottagers to score but not get much else from their trip to north London.
Liverpool have scored at least twice in each of their last seven games overall and in eight consecutive home games. The Reds can grab over 1.5 goals against a Man City side who have conceded two or more goals in six consecutive games, and allowed a 3-0 lead to slip away in a draw with Feyenoord on Tuesday.
Premier League Correct Score Double Tip
Aston Villa are winless in seven and their testing clash with Juventus in midweek could leave them with little left in the tank going into this trip. They’ve lost their previous three away trips and head to a Chelsea side who have won three of their last four. Clean sheets remain an issue for the Blues, despite their second string’s shutout on Thursday. Villa have seen both teams score in eight of their last 10 league games, so back Chelsea for a 2-1 victory.
United have won five matches on the spin against Everton, the last three of which have been to nil, and the Toffees may struggle to break down Ruben Amorim’s side given they have failed to score in half of their 12 league fixtures to date this term. United have won each of their last three against Everton to nil, with the most recent two encounters at Old Trafford finishing 2-0. That scoreline could come in again given the Toffees lack of cutting edge in the final third this season, although they don’t tend to get blown away by opponents.
Both Teams To Score & Win Treble Tip
Real Madrid have played seven home league games this season, with five of them containing 3+ goals and six ending in victory. Getafe, on the other hand, have failed to win in seven away trips in La Liga. Real Madrid have only kept three clean sheets in their last 13 matches so Getafe can strike in defeat.
Benfica have won five successive visits to Arouca and they’ve won 12 of their last 14 matches in all competitions. Arouca have lost each of their clashes with the top six but they’ve scored in four of their last five at home.
Real Sociedad have won their last two home games, against Barcelona and Ajax, and are on a run of three victories from the last four attempts at all venues. Their visitors have lost back-to-back away matches, and been beaten five times in 11 attempts on the road this season. Betis have scored in nine consecutive games, however, so back La Real to win and concede.
Both Teams To Score Treble Tip
Lyon have seen both teams score in five of their last six outings, while they have kept only one clean sheet in the last seven attempts. Nice on the other hand have had both teams score in eight of their last ten matches.
Five of Rayo Vallecano’s last six home matches have seen both teams score, as have seven of their last 11 La Liga outings, during which time they have kept one clean sheet. Athletic Bilbao are on a run of both teams scoring in six of their last eight outings in the top flight.
Three of Fiorentina’s last four games have seen both teams score. Inter Milan have netted in 16 successive league matches, which six of the last ten have seen both teams net.
Evening Accumulator Tip
Real Sociedad have won their last two home games, against Barcelona and Ajax, and are on a run of three victories from the last four attempts at all venues. Their visitors have lost back-to-back away matches, and been beaten five times in 11 attempts on the road this season.
Lecce are the lowest scorers in Serie A, netting just six times this season, while they have lost six of their last nine fixtures. They take on a Juventus side who have the division’s best defence, have kept three successive clean sheets and won half of their six away league trips.
Marseille sit third in Ligue 1 but their home form has been poor, with just five points from as many games. Monaco have five wins in seven trips across all competitions and can see off a key rival in L’OM on Sunday.
Gijon have won five of their last six at home and should have too much for Cordoba, who have just one point to show from their eight La Liga 2 trips so far.
Bet Of The Day Tip
Real Sociedad have won their last two home games, against Barcelona and Ajax, and are on a run of three victories from the last four attempts at all venues. Their visitors have lost back-to-back away matches, and been beaten five times in 11 attempts on the road this season.
