Sparta Prague vs Monaco Predictions

Sparta Prague meet French giants Monaco in the third round of Champions League qualifying on Tuesday and we feel the Czech outfit might be able to claim a result on home soil.

Sparta came through a tough tie against a solid Rapid Vienna outfit in the previous round after fighting back from a 2-1 first-leg deficit to win the tie 3-2. Sparta have played two and won two at their Letna Stadium home this season, and going back into the previous campaign have just one defeat in their last 13 competitive home games, winning the other 12.

This will be Monaco’s first competitive game of the new season and although they may ultimately win the tie we feel they will have some work to do in the return leg at the Stade Louis II.

A Sparta or draw result in the double chance market is our top bet for this match, while we’re going for a 1-1 draw in the correct score market as Monaco have only failed to score in one of their last eight away games.
