Strasbourg can continue European pursuit

St-Etienne gave their Ligue 1 survival hopes a major boost with a 2-1 win over Derby du Rhone rivals Lyon on Sunday but they could be brought back to reality by Strasbourg on Saturday.

Strasbourg have excelled under Liam Rosenior this season and they have their own reason to fight this weekend as they pursue the European places with a top-three berth still in sight.

They are also one of the in-form teams in the division, having not lost a league fixture since early February with their last ten league matches yielding seven wins and three draws.
