Vasco de Gama vs Nautico Betting Tips & Predictions

This is the game of the day in Serie B with Vasco de Gama currently topping the table and Nautico in 4th and both sides are strongly expected to challenge for promotion. Vasco were relegated from the top flight last season and the Rio de Janeiro club are a big fish in the second tier while Nautico were only 2 points shy of securing promotion from Serie B last term.

Vasco have been very good in truth over the past 8 months or so and finished last season very strongly in Serie A but couldn’t quite find safety. They also scored 5 against Sampaio Correa earlier in the month and in a league of few goals, they seem to possess real attacking quality which should make this an entertaining contest.

It sees the divisions two highest scorers meet. Certainly it is hard to see Vasco failing to score given they have the division’s top scorer Nene, who has netted 8 times already. The Rio de Janeiro club have netted at least once in all of their last 30 games so a home goal will surely come to fruition here with Nautico unconvincing at times at the back. However when you consider how impressive the visitors have been going forward, backing both teams to score at 11/10 looks a great bet here.
