      Wrexham to Win

      Reason for tip

Back Wrexham to extend their winning streak to three games when they host Peterborough. Wrexham have been strong at home, unbeaten in 13 matches, and have been defensively solid. Despite Peterborough’s recent draw, their poor away form and Wrexham’s home dominance make the hosts the clear favorites.

      Wrexham 2-1

      Reason for tip

A 2-1 victory for Wrexham is a strong pick. They’ve won their last two home games by that scoreline, and Peterborough’s recent away struggles make it likely they’ll concede, but they could still find the net.

      Wrexham vs Peterborough Predictions

Posh set to struggle in Wales

Wrexham have been in impressive form at home and can extend their winning streak in League One to three games when they host Peterborough on Saturday.

The Welsh side are 15 places above Peterborough in the table and have amassed 23 more points, demonstrating their consistent performances throughout the season. Despite the gulf in quality, both teams have won more games than they have lost, which could set up an intriguing contest.

Peterborough managed to halt a run of three consecutive defeats with a 2-2 draw against Burton Albion on Wednesday. However Peterborough’s away form has been a weakness this season with six defeats in a row prior to the Burton point, and they will need a significant improvement to challenge Wrexham at the Racecourse Ground.

Wrexham have been rock-solid at home, going unbeaten in their last 13 League One matches. They’ve also been defensively sound, conceding just eight goals in 13 home games, which averages out at 0.6 goals per match. Their strong home form includes success in 11 of those 13 games.

With back-to-back 2-1 wins in their last two home outings against Blackpool and Wigan, take Wrexham to edge out Peterborough by the same narrow margin.
