Feyenoord to Win

Reason for tip

Feyenoord are currently on a 21 game unbeaten streak against Dutch opposition, winning 17, while the Eagles have won just one of their last six. A relatively comfortable victory for the visitors is therefore expected in this encounter.

Feyenoord 3-0

Reason for tip

Feyenoord have scored three in each of their last two meetings with Go Ahead Eagles, while they have kept clean sheets in each of their last four competitive matches. A 3-0 winning score therefore draws the most appeal.

Go Ahead Eagles vs Feyenoord Predictions

  • The Eagles last defeated Feyenoord back in 2016.
  • Feyenoord’s only competitive defeat in 2024 came on penalties to Roma in the Europa League.
  • Go Ahead have won just three of their last 10 home matches.

Feyenoord can continue remarkable unbeaten run with victory

While Feyenoord will likely have to relinquish their Eredivisie crown to runaway leaders PSV, Arne Slot’s side will still want to end the season on a high by continuing their astonishing domestic unbeaten run against a Go Ahead Eagles side that are struggling for form in the latter stages of the campaign.

Feyenoord last lost to a Dutch side in December – to champions-elect PSV in a 2-1 defeat at home – and have since gone on a run of 21 games without defeat across domestic league and cup duties, registering 17 wins along the way.

The Eagles meanwhile are currently on course for a Europa Conference League qualifying spot but they are not making life easy for themselves with just one win across their last six league matches – losing three times.

Feyenoord’s scintillating form is expected to be too tough a hurdle to overcome for the Eagles and they could be in store for a long evening at De Adelaarshorst. Arne Slot’s side have kept clean sheets in each of their last four and, with Feyenoord scoring three in both their previous meetings with Go Ahead, a 3-0 winning score draws the eye.
